Stayed here for 4 nights (31st Oct-4th Nov). Two double rooms located beside eachother as requested in our booking. Staff were friendly and spoke very good English which was great as our Italian was minimal. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping attended to them every day. They aren't big rooms, but adequately sized. We were out and about all day anyway, so we didn't need big rooms. Great shower with a really decent water pressure. Breakfast was from 7.30-9.30 - the selection was reasonable and very fresh. Perhaps some other cereal choices and more fresh fruit would have been good, but overall it was satisfactory. We liked the measures the hotel takes to reduce waste and protect the environment. The location is excellent - <5mins from bus stops and Lepanto Metro.

The hotel is very nice. We booked double room, but at the end they gave us even better room - an apartment with more facilities, so we were really happy with this. The breakfast was good and the coffee was also nice. We really enjoyed the balcony on top with the lovely panoramic view! The location is amazing to visit all the important places in Rome by foot, but of course the metro station is 2 minutes away. Staff were friendly and we really enjoyed our whole stay. Some people said in other reviews something about the key system, but I found it completely fine - you just need more keys if you are coming back late, because they lock entrance door of the hotel, so nothing wrong with this. Thank you for having us!

The accommodation was in excellent condition. Perhaps the room has been renovated recently. It's clean. The bathroom was not renovated, but it was quite spacious and easy to use. Breakfast was served with boiled eggs, croissants, bread, milk, cereal, and coffee. Breakfast was not bad... Just I didn't expect. The location of the accommodation is far from the tourist attraction, but it was 4 stops by bus and 20 to 30 minutes on foot, so there was no inconvenience. Rather, it was good to have a good night's sleep because it was away from the downtown area. And it was safe. If I go to Rome again, I want to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is on a fairly quiet street, near to many tourist destinations. Within a few blocks it’s much livelier with lots of restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but nothing fancy. The breakfast is very substantial and they keep everything very well-stocked. Also, there is a rooftop patio you can use and they have wine to buy near the lobby, as well as some snacks, and water Staff is friendly and attentive, the desk is staffed to midnight. If you are out late, they need to make arrangements for you to come in. Overall it was an excellent value for the money and a nice stay. I would stay here again as a tourist.

My phone was stolen in Naples during a day trip. Both the front office staff, Anna and Hoda, had been extremely helpful in assisting me to sort this out. It was a matter of urgency, and they went out of their way to let me use their personal phones. I am very grateful to them. Apart from that I had a good stay at the hotel. Basic but comfortable. Great bathroom, with a bidet hose (rare in Europe) and daylight/ window. Good location too, with short walking distance to Lepanto Metro station. The elevator is handy for the elderly like me. Finally, thanks for wonderful coffee! Makes my day.
